"My first two or three mock interviews didn't go well."

"After the fourth attempt, I was able to crack the interview."

After completing the six-month training program, Ajay began attending interviews.
The first three interviews did not result in an offer. Nevertheless, each interview strengthened
his preparation and improved his confidence.
Interestingly, Ajay had initially expected to appear for Infosys recruitment after completing
the program. While waiting for that opportunity, he attended interviews at other companies
such as Cognizant primarily for practice.
However, one of those practice interviews became the turning point in his career.
After successfully clearing the technical rounds and HR discussions, Ajay received an offer
from Cognizant as a DevOps Engineer.
Just a few days later, his offer letter arrived.
A Package Beyond Expectations
When asked whether he had imagined receiving a ₹12.2 LPA offer while joining Scoop Labs,
Ajay smiled before answering.
"Honestly, no. I was expecting around ₹8 to ₹9 LPA. Even that would have made
me happy. I never imagined getting a ₹12.2 LPA package. My only goal was to
get a good job."

Instead of chasing salary figures, he focused on learning the skills that employers were
