These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) constitute an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time. This document does not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.
This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, requiring the publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and user agreement for access or usage of the website.
These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between Scoop Labs (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the user (“You”, “User”, “Student”) and govern your access to and use of the website, services, and training programs offered by Scoop Labs.
By accessing the website or enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
1. About Scoop Labs
Scoop Labs is a professional training institute offering technology-focused skill development programs, including software development and emerging technologies. Scoop Labs operates from Banashankari, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
All references to “Scoop Labs” include its owners, affiliates, employees, instructors, mentors, and authorized representatives.

2. Interpretation
- Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
- Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
- References to individuals include their legal heirs, successors, and permitted assigns.
- References to Scoop Labs include its successors and permitted assigns.
3. Scope of Services
Scoop Labs offers professional training programs including but not limited to: Full Stack MERN Development (for freshers and experienced professionals) Full Stack MERN with Gen AI (for freshers and experienced professionals) Scoop Labs reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, batch, syllabus, schedule, or mode of delivery without prior notice. Currently, programs are delivered offline. Scoop Labs may introduce online or hybrid training formats in the future.
4. Account Registration & Information Accuracy
- Users may access certain parts of the website without registration; however, enrollment in
- programs requires submission of accurate and complete personal information.
- You agree that all information provided is true, accurate, and current.
- Scoop Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
5. Enrollment & Student Responsibilities
- Enrollment is subject to eligibility criteria and seat availability.
- Students are responsible for attending sessions, completing assignments, and maintaining discipline.
- Scoop Labs may suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct, policy violations, or behavior affecting the learning environment.
6. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
- Fees shall be paid as communicated during enrollment.
- All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
- Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Placement Assistance
- Scoop Labs provides placement assistance as a value-added service.
- Assistance may include resume reviews, interview preparation, mock interviews, and job referrals.
- Scoop Labs does not guarantee job placement, salary packages, job roles, or employment outcomes.
- Final hiring decisions rest solely with employers.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, materials, curriculum, logos, trademarks, and branding belong exclusively to Scoop Labs.
- Users are prohibited from recording, copying, sharing, or distributing any content without written consent.
- Unauthorized use may lead to termination and legal action.
9. Code of Conduct
Users shall not:
- Use abusive or offensive language
- Harass instructors, staff, or fellow students
- Create unofficial groups to mislead or instigate others
- Share internal communications or personal information
- Disrupt classes or learning processes
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
10. Third-Party Services
Scoop Labs may rely on third-party platforms for communication, assessments, or tools. Scoop Labs shall not be liable for interruptions, errors, or failures of such services.
11. Communications
By using our services, you consent to receive communications via email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other electronic means related to training, updates, and service-related information.
12. No Warranties
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scoop Labs makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
Scoop Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, income, or career progression.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scoop Labs and its representatives against any claims, damages, or losses arising from violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
15. Modification of Terms
Scoop Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
17. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
